Room/Flat: A good size double bedroom available in a fully furnished modern flat. The flat is very stylish with quality furniture and a modern open-plan reception room/kitchen flooded with natural light. The bedroom available is very nice with a new wardrobe. Kitchen is modern + well equipped and the bathroom is very sleek.

Location: great spot in the calmer/nicer part of Blackstock Road, close to Arsenal and Finsbury Park stations i. e with good connections to the Victoria and Piccadilly Line. Good bus links as well and perfect to enjoy the different parks close by: Finsbury Park, Clissold Park and Highbury Fields. It has also good groceries shops/supermarkets and nice cafes close by.

Me: I'm a 39 year-old landscape architect and I've been in London for over 10 years so I'm used to flatsharing. As a flatmate I'm considerate, clean and tidy. As my job is quite intense (and I do a lot travel on weekends), I use the flat to rest. I'm quite independent - have something on most nights - but also enjoy catching up for a coffee or a beer.

You: Looking for a quiet and considerate flatmate, that is relaxed whilst being mature, clean and tidy (ie
not OCD but someone that cleans after themselves and doesn't take over the common spaces - unfortunately had a couple of flatmates in the past that had interesting definitions of what being tidy is hence stating this). Someone that is a professional with a normal schedule, independent but that could also enjoy a chat over a beer or a coffee. It is important that you're looking for a calm flat - because it is not big flat/house - so if you want to party or have friends over constantly, this will not be a good match.

A final note is that I know the landlord so anyone who would come in would have to take very good care of the place. And btw it looks even better live than in these photos.
