Cosy Double Room In Highgate

Hello! We're looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely flat. The room is a double room, furnished with a bed and chest of drawers and a wardrobe just outside the room in the hallway so it’s not crowding the bedroom. There's also plenty of additional storage available if needed. The room gets plenty of sun light throughout the day and the house is well heated in the winter.

It's a three bed property sharing with two females. Bills aren't included in the rent and are about £150-160 a month, including council tax and a cleaner that comes twice a month to clean the communal areas.

The property has a shared kitchen and a living space. We also have two toilets and a shower. The kitchen is a good size, with gas cooker, large fridge, and clothes washer. We're not on top of each other if everyone is cooking at once. The sitting room is very spacious and we usually catch up there in the evening after work over tea. We're only a 10 minute walk to Highgate or Archway stations on the Northern Line. Bus routes to Warren Street, London Bridge and Highbury Barn go from right outside the door, including 24 hour services.

We're close to Highgate Village, Hampstead Heath, Queens Wood, Highgate Wood, Muswell Hill and Crouch End. It's a quiet area but not far from many pubs, restaurants and takeaways.

You would be living with myself (Irish) and Christina (from Greece). Christina works from home full time and I spend half my time at the office but the rooms are plenty big enough for everyone to WFH and not be in each other’s way. We're looking for someone tidy and respectful. Someone who we can hang out with from time to time but also who is respectful of each other’s space.
