The bedroom is spacious and bright with a large bed, desk and built-in wardrobe offering generous storage space.

Kitchen is equipped with all mod cons (electric hob/oven, large Zanussi fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher).
Big living room has room-length windows for plenty of light. Bathroom with separate WC.
There is also a mini-garage/lock-up storage space in the basement of the building.

Bills on average come to less than £150 per month (Council Tax/Water/Light & Heat/TV License/Broadband).
