Cosy loft double in leafy Crouch End - £800 p/m

Hey! We have a lovely double room coming up in our three bed little flat in Crouch End, and we're looking for the right person to join us. There are currently two rooms available so if you and a friend are looking consider this space.

The room itself is a loft space with a slanted ceiling it's got a lot of character, proper cosy attic vibes, but with enough vertical space that it doesn't feel cramped. It fits a longer double bed and gets nice light. I'm flexible on furniture, it can come with some, none, or we can figure something out together depending on what you need.

The house is a beautiful Victorian building on a quiet residential street, with a public green space just outside the front. Inside there's a big, airy living and dining room that gets lots of gorgeous light throughout the day. The house is warm and well-insulated which keeps winter bills low.

You will be living with Elle (a hair stylist) who's been here for eight years, and one other flatmate (room yet to be filled). The flat is warm and inviting, everyone is busy but up for a chat so the vibes are relaxed and there's usually time for a chat, a cup of tea, the odd hangout. Mostly it's a calm, quiet place to come home to. Private landlords too, which makes life a lot easier.

The area is genuinely brilliant. It's super safe and calm but still busy enough to feel alive. Parkland Walk is two minutes from the front door if you fancy a morning run or an evening stroll through the trees. Crouch End High Street is five minutes away, great food, independent cafés, lovely atmosphere. Merro café is practically on the doorstep for your daily coffee. Alexandra Palace is about 20 minutes on foot for when you want a bigger green fix. Highgate tube is a 15-minute walk, and there are buses two minutes away if you'd rather not.
