3-months cozy room sublet in friendly flat

Hey everyone,

I just finished up my master's thesis and it's time for me to head back to France 🇫🇷. But before I go, I need to find someone to take over my room for the rest of my lease.

My room will be available from April 25th until July 25th, but I can move out a bit earlier if needed. It's a small bright room with enough storage for a 3-month sublet, fully furnished with a double bed, a small built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and shelves. There is no desk in the room, but you can use the kitchen table as a workspace in the shared area.

I live with three awesome girls who are studying at UCL. We have a really friendly vibe going on here, and we love to chat while we're cooking or eating.

We've got one bathroom and one toilet in the flat.

The location is pretty sweet – just a 3-minute walk from Caledonian Road tube station(5min from Kings Cross, 10min from Leicester Square), and there are plenty of buses around too. You'll find all the essentials nearby, like a Tesco Express just 2 minutes away, and bigger stores like Morrisons, Lidl, and Iceland within a 15-minute walk. Plus, there are loads of restaurants and cafes on Holloway Road and Caledonian Road.

I'll need the full 3-month rent upfront since that's how we pay our rent here.

Rent is £732 per month, and bills usually come to around £21.75 per month (£7 for WiFi and £14.75 for water). I can also leave behind some bedding and other bits and pieces if you need them.
