We are looking for a new flatmate. The room will be available from 19 March.

The room is spacious, bright, and fully furnished.

The location is excellent: just a 7-minute walk from Finsbury Park tube station, City North, the Picturehouse cinema, and PureGym. The Sobell Leisure Centre is also just around the corner. Nags Head Market is a 10-minute walk away. Morrisons, Lidl, Finsbury Food Market, and Tesco Express are all within a 4–10 minute walk, depending on the supermarket.

You will share the ground-floor bathroom with only one other flatmate. The kitchen and living room are spacious and comfortable, and are shared with three young professionals (Italian, Greek, and Russian).

We also have a garage where bicycles can be stored.

The monthly rent is £962 (excluding bills).
Bills are approximately £100 per month.
The deposit is £1,110.
