We were the first tenants to move into the flat so it is finished to a high standard, offering a contemporary living space with a brand new kitchen, two bathrooms plus an additional separate toilet, ideal for comfort. There is also a balcony with furniture to enjoy the longer evenings if the weather obliges!
The room is available from April 6 for one month, with flexibility to rent on a weekly basis if needed. Price includes bills. A £150 security deposit is required and will be fully returned upon moving out.
The flat is just a 10-minute walk to Finsbury Park Station, with easy access to the Victoria and Piccadilly Line, as well as National Rail services.
You can reach Central London in under 15 minutes, and there are direct connections to Heathrow and Gatwick Airport.
The area itself is lively with plenty of great cafés, pubs, and some walking routes, perfect for relaxing, socialising, or exploring around London.
You’ll be sharing with three friendly working professionals (two Irish and one American), all aged between 26 to 28, who have lived in the flat for over two years. Everyone works hybrid schedules and tends to keep active with hobbies and social plans, so the flat is generally relaxed and not overly busy.
As everyone runs on slightly different routines, we’re looking for someone who values a clean, respectful, and easy going living environment, while still enjoying the space.
This room would suit a working professional looking for a short-term stay, perhaps between leases or needing a temporary base in London. Unfortunately, it’s not suitable for students.
