Cosy double room in Finsbury Park!

Hey everyone!! Our flatmate Annabelle’s visa is unfortunately expiring in May and so we’re looking for a friendly, respectful person to take over her room!

Rent: £850, bills around £120pcm

Room🛏️🪴
- The room is a small double but big enough to work from home if you do! It’s on the first floor and has a lot of natural light and high ceilings so doesn’t feel too small.
- It comes furnished with a bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
- Rent is cheaper because it’s smaller than the other rooms, as viewing space is limited please don’t ask for a viewing without bearing this in mind! :)

Housemates👭
- You’ll be living with Alisha (29), Abbi (29) and Matt (32), all professionals who love living in a relaxed, clean and friendly house!
- We’re all hybrid, working from home and the office.

The house🏡
- 10 minutes walk from Finsbury Park station so really easy to get anywhere!
- The house is super bright and airy with lots of skylights and high ceilings.
- The kitchen and living room is open plan, so feels really social. There are also sliding doors from the living room which go onto our private patio.
- There are two toilets - a downstairs one and upstairs shower/bathroom.

You💘
- We’re looking for someone in their late 20s/early 30s who is keen to contribute to keeping the house a nice, homely and comfortable place to live.
- We want someone who respects each others’ space and time but also is up for doing stuff together from time to time like pub trips, binging tv series together, or enjoying the sun in the garden and catching up with a glass of wine.
- Annabelle’s contract ends in September (we’ll be changing the contract so your name will be on it), but then becomes rolling. Alisha and Matt are likely staying for another year so we’re hoping to find someone who is likely to do the same!

- Piccadilly, Victoria and National Rail 10 minutes away
- Buses and night buses
- M&S food, Lidl and Tesco all within ten minutes
- Lots of pubs, restaurants and wine bars around

Must have 3 months of UK payslips, bank statements and an employers reference
