Spacious accessible studio (22.5m²) in London £320 pw

Available from 10 June to 12 September (13 weeks). I’m offering my studio at Stapleton House, Holloway Road, London, N7.

This is a large accessible studio of 22.5m², significantly more spacious than most student studios. It includes a private kitchenette separated from the main room by a wall, which helps keep cooking smells away from your bed and living area, making the space much more comfortable.

The room features a comfortable small double bed (120 x 190 cm), hardwood flooring, a large desk and chair, wardrobe, and a separate dining area. The ensuite bathroom is also spacious and modern.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, extractor fan, and fridge.

Location:

The location is very convenient. Holloway Road station is within walking distance, with easy access to central London. There are also many supermarkets nearby, including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Waitrose, Iceland, Lidl and Aldi, as well as cafés and restaurants.

What’s Included:

All bills are included, including heating, water, gas, electricity and ultrafast Wi-Fi.
The building also offers laundry facilities, bike storage, study spaces, and 24/7 security with on-site support.

Price Advantage:

The current official price is £452 per week, while this is offered at £320 per week, making it a much more affordable option for summer.

Deposit £250 refundable. Flexible for 2 to 3 month stays, preference for longer stays.
