Key Financial Details:

Weekly Rent: £440 (All bills & high-speed Wi-Fi included).
Payment Structure: iQ requires payment in installments. The final installment for this period is £1,320 due upon successful takeover.
Status: You MUST be a full-time student to take over this contract.
