Double Room Near Caledonian Road 🪩✨

Hey! Our housemate is sadly leaving us to move in with her partner this summer so we’re looking a new housemate from July 1st to join us in our fab 3 bed flat near Caledonian Road / Kings Cross from July 1st.

Jazz and I have lived her for nearly 3 years and absolutely love the flat and the area. We’re a 10 min walk from Caledonian Road station and just 15/20 mins to Kings Cross so you can’t beat the location! We’re also super close to Caledonian Park which is so handy in the summer time 🌳

I work in Beauty PR (so there’s always plenty of samples to go round!) while Jazz works in Events. We both have our own busy lives but love to make an effort to do things as a flat such as movie nights, pub trips and even the occasional holiday so we’re looking for someone who would also be keen hang out and be friends rather than just flatmates!

The flat is split level and the room available is on the top floor at the back of the flat which means it’s super quiet. It comes unfurnished so you will need to bring your own furniture as our housemate will be taking most things with her when she moves.
