Single Room in friendly houseshare

Bright single room in a non-smoking 4 bedroom house, 7 mins walk to Finsbury Park train and underground station (Piccadilly and Victoria lines), night buses to and from central London. Plenty of nice pubs and restaurants, supermarkets and 24 hour shop in the area.
You would be sharing with 3 girls and a guy in their late 20's to mid 30's, all professionals.
The price is £110 per week, including council tax and water bills and there is a further monthly £30 to be paid for electricity and gas.
Deposit is £250.
The contract is starting on the 6th of August but the room will be free a few days early.
In the room there is a single bed with storage space, a double wardrobe, an in-built cupboard, a chest of drawers and a desk with chair.
In the house there is a big kitchen with living area which includes all normal appliances (washing machine and dryer, 2 big fridge-freezers), 2 bathrooms and a small nice garden. There is also a small garden with a shelter for bikes.
We are quite a friendly household and although we are all quite busy we like doing things together from time to time. Thus we'd like someone who can fit in well with the rest of us.
