Hello!

My Flatmate is moving out as he has bought his first home and I'm looking for a new flatmate to share a spacious 2 bedroom flat with me in Finsbury Park from April 1st!

The room for rent is super spacious, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, as well it's own bathroom and bath! The flat is super sunny and open with a big kitchen and living room area and it very nice to have 2 separate bathrooms.

The flat is a 6 minute walk from Finsbury park station with super easy access to the city centre on the Piccadilly and Victoria Lines. It takes about 15 minutes to Covent Garden or Oxford Street. I’ve lived here for 4 years and love the area and the flat. There are a ton of great restaurants, pubs and shops within minutes from the flat and the park is a 5 minute walk away. It's a great place to run or picnic!

A bit about me: My name is Kelly, I am from Vancouver Canada and have lived here in London for 8 years now and am still in love with this city! I work as an Events Manager for a cosmetic company. I’m a happy, easy going, respectful person to live with and I travel for work about 25% of the time so that means you often get the whole flat to yourself! I love spending time with my friends, traveling, discovering great restaurants, cooking, red wine and Yoga (which is 5 mins from the flat). 

Rent is £990 including everything (gas, electricity, council tax, internet. For a couple it is £1250 (all included) Rent prices are fixed and non negotiable so please kindly only apply if this suits your budget.
