I have a beautiful double room for rent in a really stunning family home just between the parks in N8. It's a wonderful house with a really lovely feel to it. We have a 9 year old daughter who is half the week with her mum and 2 nights a week with us. We also have a cat, Ian Wright who is incredibly affectionate!

Alexandra Park in a stones throw away as well as Priory park being incredibly close. It's a 10-15 walk through the park to Alexandra Palace train station or about 10 mins to hornsey train - both are on the line going through to Moorgate which is really fast. Alternatively it's the W3 but to Finsbury Park which takes about 10 minutes.

It's a short walk to central Crouch End or Muswell Hill. Turnpike Lane is ten minutes in the other direction.

There is lots of loving space as well as a lovely south facing garden. It's a really lovely community area and the road is incredibly quiet and peaceful. Everyone locally is very proud of the farmer’s market we have here on a Sunday!

The room is light and airy and has high ceilings and brand new carpets.

Separate bath and shower rooms, a double living room, stunning south facing garden as well as a og burner for winter.

Toilet roll, washing up liquid, and general cleaning products are included in the price.

Between us we work in the well-being and entrainment industry and have an interest in music, yoga, meditation and the arts. We work some nights during the week so when we're not working we are usually at home enjoying the house.
