Nice Double Room in refurbished flat

Looking to move into, and refurbish, my very first flat and I’m looking for a flat mate to take the other room of the place. The flat is right next to Alexandra Park and it has a lovely view of Ally Pally from the living room window. The rent includes all bills and a cleaner every fortnight.

I’m a Latin Grammy nominated Music Producer that works partly and home and partly at the studio. I love making music, reading, watching movies, listening to podcasts, cooking for friends and some ocasional gaming nights too. I’m very easy going and love to keep things very tidy.

My ideal flat mate would be someone clean, tidy, respectful and most of all considerate. If we share any interests that’s a lovely extra but if you prefer to keep to your own I also respect that.

The photos are from the property at the moment but your room would be newly refurbished with new carpet, a brand new double bed and mattress, bedside table etc
