Spacious Double Room in Friendly House

We have one double room available in our lovely house.

We are professionals working through the week and looking for like-minded housemates willing to join in with chat and nights out (and in) - not really someone who just wants a room to hide in all the time.

THE HOUSE

The room is furnished (or can be unfurnished if you have your own stuff) and a good size. The rest of the house has a nice communal lounge, kitchen (with cooker, fridge and washing machine), a large garden/jungle, and a decent sized bathroom with bath/shower.

We also have a regular fortnightly cleaner and broadband.

WHO ARE WE?

Hannah - Talks about murder on the internet. Really good at making Yorkshire puddings, passable at the rest of a roast dinner.

Palmer - Very tall, really likes Messi.

Jonathan - Can teach you how to sing and makes excellent breakfast.

Anisha - Works in fashion, a lover of a leopard print short.

LOCATION

A great pub at the end of the road, and loads more in Manor House/Finsbury park, plus all the Turkish restaurants you could need.

It's nice and safe, none of us have ever had any trouble.

5 mins to Tesco express. 10-15 mins from a massive Sainsbury's.

There are two gyms within 10 mins, and about 20 takeaways to undo all the hard work.

TRANSPORT

Harringay train station is one stop from Finsbury park, which serves the Piccadily and Victoria lines.

The train also runs right across to Old Street which is about 25 mins.

You can walk to Manor House in about 15 mins which serves the Piccadily.

There is also an overground station on Green Lanes that will take you to Gospel Oak for changes there.

There are a fair few buses. Camden is about 25 mins away.
Night buses back from central are easy enough, the number 29 stops just up the road.

If you're in east you have to change at Kings Cross or Camden, but from there it's a doddle.

BILLS

The rent is only £400 but with bills it is £500 in total for everything. Electric, Gas, TV, cleaner and communal bits (milk, washing up liquid etc)

We just set up a standing order to one person, and they sort it all out so we don't have to worry about it too much.
