I am moving to another country because of work and my room has become available in this beautiful 2-bed-flat a 5-10 minute walking distance from 3 stations (Hornsey Rail, Turnpike Lane and Wood Green) with shops, markets and gyms nearby, either in Wood Green or Crouch End.

This is a large flat spread across 2 floors, part carpeted and part with wooden floors, it has a drive for off-street parking and a south-facing roof terrace. The flat is homely with neutral decor, it has a large living/dining room and a separate kitchen, well stocked with appliances and kitchenware (pots, pans, utensils, dishwasher, hoover etc.).

The room is a large double with wooden floor and comes part furnished with 1 bookshelf, 3 large chests of drawers and 2 glass shelves (you will need a bed). The picture shows the current flatmate's furnishing. There is also a shared walk in wardrobe on the second floor.

This is not a party/student house and the ideal flatmate is a professional who is well house trained and capable of respecting the other and the home (cleaning, noise, etc.), also sociable and up for sharing a glass of wine or a meal every now and then after a long day.

Please note that, although the room is very large for London standards, it is not available to couples.

Bills are around £130-150 per month each (depending on use/summer/winter), including a cleaner coming every 2 weeks for the common areas.
