Professional female, looking for a flatmate

Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate to join me. It's a 2 bed, 1 bath with a large living / dining room, courtyard / garden space and off street parking. Honestly seeing is believing.

Recently renovated in autumn 2020.

*About me*
I'm pretty relaxed, friendly and quiet. I like my own space, but also down for a laugh.

I'm quite outdoorsy, I like hiking and going for nature walks. Having some garden space, I've gotten into taking care of that.

I like being hospitable, but I also like quiet. I'm a Christian and try to live as such, so if you happen to be one too; even better!

The room is currently furnished with a small double bed, bedside table, chest of drawer and a built in wardrobe.

*Ideal housemate would:*
• Respect my religion, you don't have to practice it, but neither do you have to mock it.
• Want a home rather than that a place to sleep.
• Be a friend, we don't have to be besties, but being able to have a conversation with more than one-word responses would be perfect.
• Be clean and tidy. Not OCD level but no roaches either.
• Respectful. Of the home. Boundaries are important to me, I can respect your boundaries and I'd like you to be able to respect mine.
