Hello! There is a room available in our lovely home.

The house is very light, spacious, clean and relaxing. It is comprised of three bedrooms, a large open-plan living room and kitchen, beautiful private garden, three bathrooms (one is en suite) AND huge roof terrace with sofas and BBQ, plus cloakroom, and cellar with plenty of storage space.

The house is fully furnished, and there are all modern amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney etc, DVD player, etc).

The house is superbly situated, in a vibrant area, on a friendly street, with plenty of nearby restaurants, pubs, bars, cafes, parks, gyms, shops, markets, a huge supermarkets, live music venues, Primrose Hill…and much more....

There are great public transport links, the house is only 5 mins walk to Camden and Chalk Farm underground, Kentish Town West Overland, a Boris bike rack, and there are 2 bus stops end of the road.

ALL bills are included, including; council tax, water, electricity and gas, broadband, TV licence, and a great cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

The room has a king size bed, shared bathroom. It is quiet room, with double glass doors opening out to a Juliet balcony, and looking out to garden. There a huge amount of storage as there is a giant mirror covered built in wardrobe.
About the housemates; we are easy-going, sociable friendly people, up for a glass of wine, dinner, or film. (We have a big screen and projector so can turn the living room into a little cinema).
