Looking for a female professional to share my refurbished flat with. I usually share with my sister who is going away for most of summer. You will have your own room with a balcony and shared access to communal areas - including the bathroom and the living room, which also has a balcony. Although it is an ad for a flatshare, I will spend most of my time outside the flat due to commitments, so you may find you have it to yourself throughout your stay.

The flat is furnished (sofa, bed & table) and has the usual household appliances. The bedroom doesn’t have a wardrobe, as the bed has built-in storage, but one can be provided upon request. The bathroom does have a shower, however the water pressure is low and there’s not much that can be done about it. The flat is newly refurbished, nice and extremely airy. Very minimal and modern.

Looking for someone who’s clean, tidy and would treat the home as their own. Strictly no smoking, no pets and also no friends or family visits, as I live with elderly neighbours and it causes disturbance.

The flat is situated a 10-minute walk from King's Cross / St Pancras International as well as Camden Underground & Overground station. Beautiful locational with very nice views.
