The building is a fairly new build. Could not be better connected/located - 2-5 mins walking to Warren St underground, Euston Station, Euston Square Station, TCR, Great Portland St underground, and UCLH. 10-20 minute walk to Covent Garden, Regents Park, Picadilly Circus, Mornington Crescent/ Camden and St Pancras and Kings Cross Stations. All the shops of Tottenham court road at hand as well as Brock Street plaza eateries.

There is no shared living room. This is not a council flat.

Short term rentals okay. But rent May be higher if tenancy ends before 31 August 2024.
