• Very large kitchen with plenty of storage; sharing of cooking equipment and cutlery is fine.

• There’s a friendly cat in the house, cared for by a flatmate—no responsibilities unless you want to.

About the Flatmates:
• Currently, 1 girl and 3 guys (excluding me).
• Most flatmates work late or travel frequently, so the house is usually quiet.
• Sociable at times but also respect personal space, so you’ll have the right balance of company and privacy.
