Double room and bathroom in 2 bed 2 bath flat

Our flatmate and her partner are moving out at the end of May and we’re on the search for someone to take their place. It’s a double room and bathroom available in a modern new-built 2-bed 2-bath apartment in NW London with a large balcony.

The room comes with a walk-in wardrobe (it’s like a mini room in the room!) and a double bed and bedside tables and a separate (non-ensuite) bathroom.

You will be living with me and my partner. I’m Anu (30) and I’m a lawyer and my partner is Rashad (30) and he’s a chef. We’re both busy professionals and have lived in the local area for a little while. We like to live in a chill, peaceful, and clean home. We’re both ambiverts - value a good yap sesh but also love our social battery recharge time! We like to cook, eat out, go to concerts, shows and the gym.

We’re looking for a person or couple aged 25+. There’s enough room for a desk so WFH could work well. If it’s a solo tenant, we’re happy to split the utilities 2:1.

Landlord requirements:

Right to rent, standard references and (I think) the earning threshold is c.£33,000 per annum.

Rent: £1058.50 per month

Bills: ~£200 per month (divided equally)

Location: Oaklands Rise, Willesden Junction

Availability: End of May 2026 (may be able to sort out a flexible move in date)

Contract length: Standard 12-month lease (2-month notice period if needed)

Great transport links: 7-min walk to Willesden Junction (Bakerloo, Lioness and Mildmay lines) and 10-min walk to North Acton (central line) and 10-min bus to Acton Main Line (Elizabeth line)

Accessibility: Step-free access into the building, 5th floor in the elevator.

Building perks: There is a cafe in the building, a (small) co-working space, a concierge to collect parcels and a communal garden terrace. It’s also a pet-friendly building.
