Available 31 March in our friendly flat we have a beautiful, spacious, quiet, room furnished with a double bed, a desk and lots of storage.

You’d be sharing with three wonderful people (two women, one man). All of us are professionals , often away during the day unless WFH. We are respectful of each other’s space but also enjoy the occasional meal or birthday celebration.

The flat is very spacious. It has a large kitchen & dining area (fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and two large fridges etc), a shared living room as well as two bathrooms including one with a bath. Another highlight is a big communal garden which is secure, well kept and perfect for BBQs. 



The location is brilliant for transport with plenty of buses and less than a 5 minute walk to Golders Green station which is on the northern line. Golders Hill park, an extension of Hampstead Heath, is also just around the corner as is a big Sainsbury’s supermarket and plenty of other shops.



The landlord, who we can reach directly, is great and has always responded quickly if we ever needed anything.

A. Up to £150 in winter. The council tax band is E.

A. It's a 200mbps connection and we have two routers so coverage is great throughout the house.

A. With his daughter who acts as an agent and lives nearby for any issues.
