A small double bedroom is available to rent in our fabulous flat situated in East Finchley.
The room comes with the following
- Small Double Bed Frame
- Small desk
- Wardrobe
- Private Balcony

You will also be sharing the bathroom with one other individual.

PLEASE NOTE: The mattress is not included with the room, however, I bought it brand new when I moved in May 2025 and have used a mattress topper since owning it. Let me know if you want this included as this will be an additional cost.

The flat itself is situated within a building of 3 other flats and residential neighbourhood. The street also has many shops and close to a tennis court and lots of greenery. You're well connected with buses going towards Muswell Hill and central London, as well as towards Brent Cross and Wembley.

The nearest stations are
- East Finchley (5 minute bus ride or 15 minute walk)
- Golders Green (15 minute bus ride)

You're also a 10 minute walk away from Hampstead Heath extension.

ABOUT THE FLAT
The flat consists of three other females who are all working professionals (One works in Fashion, another in Film & TV, and another works in Charity/education sector). They're all a really lovely bunch of flatmates who are happy for a chat or a wine and chill as well as going out for drinks. As a house we had a good balance of socialising whilst also being independent and getting on with our own thing! We’ll be looking for a flatmate who is equally tidy, friendly and sociable.

Deposit is £650 and rent for the room is £742. You can move in anytime from Sunday 3rd May. When moving in you will need to pay for May's rent up front.
