Double room in furnished flat with private rooftop

Living room

I am advertising one double room in my West Hampstead/Golders Green flat because I am moving out of London. The flat is available for the rest of our tenancy (until March 2021) with the option of extending.

Our flat is fully furnished with a large kitchen, living room, bathroom (+ one smaller loo), and access to a private rooftop. We are a 5-minute walk from Hampstead Heath with excellent transport links by bus and Tube (nearest train stations: Golders Green, West Hampstead, Finchley Road).

My flatmate (who will continue to live in the flat) and I are both young professionals in finance/government, non-smokers, enjoy cooking, exercising and socialising, but definitely understand the need for private space and downtime. We have been working from home throughout the pandemic, which has worked well due to the separate office space and kitchen areas. I have also worked from our roof which has been really enjoyable.

I am keen to be replaced by someone (of any age/gender/sexual orientation) who is friendly and tidy, and preferably a non-smoker.
