The house is new and warm without damp or moisture, there is a separate, small laundry room and a huge loft where you can store unnecessary stuff.

There is a large park just within 1 minute walk so if you like running or walking, this is a great place to be.

The house is shared with friendly people and they are looking for someone easy going, considerate and clean.

One month deposit is needed.

Max 12-15 min walk to the nearest tube station at Brent Cross, Northern Line (Zone 3).

There is a bus stop near by with buses 189, C11, 102 and also 113.

Brent Cross Shopping Centre is few minutes walk and large Tesco is just around the corner with BETTER Leisure Centre gym.

Great connection with Luton Airport, the Greenline bus stop is just 5 min walk.

This location comes with free on street parking so it is an excellent choice for someone with a car.
