Gorgeous Double in Vibrant Willesden Green

Hello Future Housemate,

I will sadly be leaving my gorgeous, little haven for someone else to enjoy and make their own!

It is an exceptionally bright room due to duel aspect windows, which have a lovely view into the communal gardens. It comes with a very comfortable double bed, wardrobe (with additional storage) and also a desk; ideal for working from home.

The main bathroom is shared between two other flatmates and has both, a shower and a bath tub. One of the rooms is en-suite so no queues for the shower (or indeed bath!) in the mornings.

There is a large shared living room, which comes equipped with a wholesome little bar (when you can't get to the pub, bring it to you!), a dining table (have enjoyed many a flat 'Come Dine with Me') and also a small balcony to enjoy the upcoming sunnier days of London living!

We have a modern, fully fitted kitchen, which includes all the white goods as well as a washing machine, dishwasher, an electric hob and a decent sized fridge with a separate freezer.

The flat is situation a short walk (5-7mins) from Willesden Green underground (Jubilee Line), which provides quick and easy access into central London.
Roughly 10-12 minutes into Baker Street and Bond Street stations. 20 minutes to London Bridge.

There is a large communal garden area out the back as well as a couple of parks close by.

The area itself is great for a night out (when the world starts back up!!), with plenty of bars. pubs and places to eat. Not to mention outstanding choice of Deliveroo choices!

If you cycle, there is a locked communal bike shed just outside of the flat.

Also, parking is available!

The rent comes to £650pm, payable on 25th of every month and bills come to around £90-95 a month.
