- The room is available from May 1st only. Might only be able to do viewing from May as I have to ask the current tenant first because he is India in April.

- Double room for £650 per month
- Furnished with a mirror, bed frame, mattress, built-in wardrobe and lockable bedroom door.
- The room was refurbished last year with new flooring and redecoration

Bills...
- Energy, internet/telephone bills not included (this comes to on average £50 a month)
- However, council tax is included in the rent as it is paid by the landlord.

- Driveway for parking but two other tenants drive as well but off-street parking available
