New Build Brent Cross West Station

I'm moving back home so looking for someone chill, clean and friendly to move in ! You will be living with Eugene (Creative) and Erin (Teacher) until August 8th. They're both super fun and chatty and enjoy their own space too. There is the option to extend your tenancy for 12 months after this.

There is a gym right next to the room, free to use for all tenants and a concierge at the front of the building. It's a safe building mainly comprised of young professionals and families.

This room is great for someone who likes a bit of privacy, lot's of light and a good amount of space. It is furnished with a double bed and bed side tables and its own bathroom with toilet and sink. The flat has three levels. This bedroom is on the lowest ground level and has its own hallway, chest of drawers and wardrobe as well as an external door which you can use to come and go as you please. There is a separate front door upstairs which everyone uses.

The second floor has a great sized hallway, a family bathroom that you will share with Erin for shower/bath, open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a balcony which is lush for the afternoon sun. We have a projector, great for movie nights and all enjoy having people over occasionally. On the third floor there is also a small laundry and storage room as well as the two other bedrooms.

We are a 6 minute walk from Thameslink (Brent Cross West) which will get you into Kings Cross, Kentish Town and West Hampstead all within 10-15 mins. There is also the Underground (Kilburn) and Overground (Brondesbury) a 10-15 minute journey away. There are also lots of buses that you can catch 5 mins away from the flat. This area is great if you want to be away from the bustle with easy access to get around London. There is also a great park Gladstone, a 5 min walk away with tennis and basketball courts and Hampstead a cycle away.

Brent Cross Town is also in development next door with a local bakery, pizza place, coffee shop and the 108 local sports bar and padel courts a walk away.

There is a big Lidl less than a 10 minute walk away.

Bills are not included and amount to around £100-£150 p/mth. This includes wifi, water, heat, council tax and electricity.
