I’m looking for a clean, respectful female professional to rent a bright and spacious double bedroom in a modern and new apartment.

I’m a single mum of a 6-year-old, and he lives with me most of the time. We’re very active and most afternoons were out at after-school clubs until around 6pm, so the flat is quiet during the day and early evening.

Because I work from home, I’m ideally looking for someone who works full-time out of the home and wants a calm, family-style base rather than a party flat.

Rental Options
Short lets welcomed – ideal if you’re in London on a temporary contract, project, or trial period
Monday–Friday option with discounted rent (£600 pcm) for someone who goes home at weekends
Full-week option as advertised
