Upstairs kings size large room is available for single occupancy only.

Apologies everybody, but we prefer a girl to be able to keep a healthy balance within the house.

We are a socializing little friends-family looking for a new member to join, this is not a party house, we are looking for someone who is appreciate living in a nice, clean house with calm atmosphere.

The room is freshly painted and brand new carpet fitted in a well maintained house with lovely garden, lovely neighborhood, nice and calm area. Large shared living room, the fridge freezer to be shared with only 1 person. Lovely housemates are also included!

Golders Green station, Cricklewood station and Brent Cross stations are within 15 minutes walk, or 5 minutes with bus (so do Hendon station).

This is a really large room, with it’s 4.9x3.5 metre offering plenty of space, could easily fit a sofa aswell.

Shops, pharmacy within few minutes walking distance, also international shops in both Golders Green and Hendon Central which are only 5 mins with bus.

Central London is also reachable easily via buses (Baker St is only 25 minutes via bus).

Buses (C11, 189, 102, 226, 113) are within walking distance, so do the underground (northern line).

Rent is £820 per month and includes:

-Toilet roll
-Hand wash
-Washing up liquid

Single occupancy only please, preferably ladies to keep a healthy balance in the house. Please note we all share the cleaning duties between each others, therefore you will be required to do some general cleaning within the shared premised once every approx. 5th weeks, therefore please only message me if you are okay with that.
