Single room in a great and quiet house

Single Room

We would like to rent out the single room in our shared house.
The room comes with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

We are in a nice residential area, safe and very well connected to the rest of London.

The house has a fast Internet connection (100Mb), a spacious kitchen and a garden.
We also have a lovely living room, equipped with gym equipments and a massage table where sometimes we offer treatments.

We are very respectful and mature professionals working at different hours (for example: very early in the morning or very late in the night).
Because of this we are very considerate of the common spaces and we keep the noise to minimum levels.

We do not party in the house unless we are all happy to do so, sometimes during the year.
This does not mean we are boring people, the opposite actually. We are just adults and have different life priorities.

We are very clean people, we have a rota for the cleaning of the common spaces and we will expect you to be part of this.
