Looking for a housemate to share a 2 bed/1 bath apartment in Gospel Oak, somebody to occupy the large second (double) bedroom available immediately.

The flat is a maisonette split over the 2nd and 3rd floors of a period conversion containing three flats. It is newly refurbished, well-lit and features a large balcony. It is conveniently located to transport links (a 3 min walk to Gospel Oak overground, 12 mins to Belsize Park tube). with East or Central London no more than 30 mins away. It's a 5 minute walk to Hampstead Heath and 15 mins to Camden Town. Rona Road is a quiet, tree-lined, residential street close to great pubs, restaurants and shops.

The room has a built-in wardrobe and desk, and currently has a double bed (which can be removed if required). All communal spaces, amenities, and bills (TV, broadband, balcony with gas barbecue, appliances, water/gas/electricity/wifi/council tax etc) are included - negotiable within reason. The bathroom features a tub and separate shower, as well as heated floors.

I'm a 34 year old male, open to any candidate who is friendly/kind, social, and respectful of the space! If you are able to provide references, it would be helpful but not necessary.
