I have a lovely double room available in my top floor flat in Belsize Park.

It has a lovely bright living room with a dining room/kitchen table with French doors opening onto a little balcony. There's a dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen and brand new wooden floors.

The bedroom available has a low bed (with a super comfy mattress) , wardrobes and an extra set of drawers. You are more than welcome to bring any extra furniture you'd like/ hang things on walls etc etc.

I'm looking for someone who is a professional, respectful, easy going , guy/girl, who does their own thing but is sociable too.

The flat is well situated for transport links, 2 minutes to the jubilee line, 10 mins to northern line. 10 minute walk to Primrose Hill, Hampstead or Camden. We have a Waitrose on finchley rd and a tesco express towards Belsize. There are lots of local lovely pubs and the area is all round peaceful and safe.
