Hey! We are 4 female film students looking for a 5th tenant for a flat in HENDON that we are renting 30th AUGUST. We are preferably looking for a FEMALE NON SMOKER who has a UK guarantor (which is a priority).
The rent is £160 per week on average with 5 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS (one with a shower and one with a bath) and A LARGE LOUNGE. It’s just a 7 minute walk away from Middlesex university and 10 minute walk away from Hendon Central station. It’s furnished and it has loads of little shops and cafes around the area.
