- 5-min walk to Hendon Station (Thameslink)
- Reach Hampstead in 20 mins or The City in 40.
- 15 minutes walk to Middlesex University

The Details:
Rent: £1,000 pcm.
Bills: Council tax, utilities, and high-speed Wi-Fi come to approximately £250, making the total roughly £1,250 pcm.
The Process: As this is a professional let through an agency, there is a standard referencing and credit check.
Income Requirement: To pass the agency's affordability criteria, they look for a combined net income of £4,400 per month between the two tenants.
