Short-term double room in Tufnell Park/Gospel Oak

Short-term room for the summer - starting ideally in May to August/September (however dates are flexible and can be negotiated). It is a large airy room in an amazing location with two lovely girls!

Rent: 900 pm + bills

Location: It its an ideal location - Zone 2, a 5 minute walk from Hampstead Heath and very well connected. Nearest public transport: Tufnell Park (northern line), Gospel Oak (overground), Kentish Town (Thameslink). It has shops on all sides - posher, on the Swain’s Lane side, and more budget friendly on the Tufnell Park/Archway side.

Flat: The flat is on the 1st floor. It has a lounge, separate kitchen, bathroom and another communal room that can be used as a home office or TV room. We have a South facing balcony which is lovely.

Flatmates: 3 Flatmates in total (you’ll be taking my room) we all work across tech, media and social services ideally looking for someone chilled, easy going and clean, who is in the same age range. It is in a very family friendly neighbourhood block, so we absolutely cannot have parties or lots of loud guests, but that suits us fine!

Landlord: It is run by a company who are very efficient if any problems with the flat arise. You are allowed to make any changes to the room that you would like.
