I have a large bright studio room with ensuite and separate small kitchen. It is situated on the top/second floor of my family home. The studio is a conversion in the loft. The studio will be available to rent from March 16th Whilst the studio is self contained it is a shared entrance, access will be through my home. The house is non-smoking, there is no outside access from the studio:
