The Bedroom

THE FLAT:
Lovely double bedroom situated at 5 min walk from Chalk Farm Station (Northern Line) and 5 min walk from Kentish Town West Station (Overground).
At the doorstep of the house there is a bus stop for lines 24 (which is also 24 hours) and 46.
It takes 15 min walk to get to Camden Town (5 min by bus) and 15/20 min walk to get to Primrose Hill.

The flat is divided into two floors and comprehends four bedrooms, a kitchen and two toilets.
It was completely refurbished last year so it's a very new flat and includes a washing machine with dryer, a microwave and broadband internet.

Water and gas are included in the price, while electricity is excluded (it usually comes up as 10/15 pounds a month each).

THE FLATMATES:
We are two boys and one girl (all italians) and we are all student. The two boys are currently doing a pHd at UCL, while the girl is studying at Westminster University.
We are very easy-going and sociable, we enjoy having dinner together sometimes and gather in the kitchen to chat and have a beer, but we also appreciate the calmness (and the respect), especially in the weekday evening hours (as we all work/study during the week).

THE CONTRACT:
It is a one-year contrat (with the chance of renewing it), the landlord is very nice and has always helped us with any issues or concerns we had.
