Beautiful Double In Queens Park

ZONE 2 - Perfect location and area. I'm looking for a friendly, kind, female working professional to replace me. Happy to share the odd glass of wine with my housemate and have a bit of a laugh at the end of the day!

I'm sad to say goodbye to this room, its been the easiest houseshare/ house i've been in.

About the Room:

You would share a bathroom with my lovely housemate (julia) who is militant when it comes to keeping the toilet, shower/bath sparkling.

The shared space:
In the kitchen you will of course have space in the new fridge freezer and your own cupboard space. We have created a sitting area in here as well with a table & chairs and sofa. We've had TV's in here previously but we decided to replace with flowers :) More chats with glasses of red happened than netflix nights.

Oh to add, a new boiler has just been fitted as well -

BILLS:
The important part - £ 600 Rent
£ 45 Council Tax
£ 30 ish Bills - this does go up and down. Heating & water changes.

Ask any questions you need. The place is simple, stress free and it's really important I find someone that will fit in, I've adored living with my two housemates. Respect each others space but have a moan at the end of the day is needed.

Just to add as well - the double room with en-suite is free as well ! £ 900 - any Q's fire away.
