I’m moving back to Australia and looking for someone to take my large double room in a friendly house share, in an excellent location.

The room is £600 pcm excluding bills which come to around £70 per month. It comes fully furnished with plenty of storage including a double bed with a comfy mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving unit, with more than enough space to fit a desk as well as an additional wardrobe on the landing just outside the room. The room is very spacious with a feature fireplace and large window overlooking the back of the property which lets in lots of natural light.

The house has four other bedrooms occupied by the best housemates. All are, friendly, fun, respectful and considerate, aged between 26-34 and are great company.

The house has a large kitchen with plenty of storage including two fridges, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer with a dining area that serves as our communal space. During summer months, the garden is a perfect spot for BBQs and drinks. There is a large bathroom with bath/shower and a second separate toilet.

The house is in a great location with excellent public transport links to a number of underground and overground stations and buses. There are a number of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, gyms, parks and farmers markets within short walking distance.
