Hey, I'm looking for a flatmate for a spare double room. I'm very friendly and always up for a film/wine but respectful of personal space.
The flat was recently refurbished, with built-in storage and tonnes of natural light. There’s off-street parking, a large garden, a new washer/dryer and dishwasher.
The neighbourhood is safe and well-connected, with a 5 minute walk to the Overground, Jubilee & Bakerloo Lines - also, 20 minutes to Abbey Road or Portobello Road.
I’m often away, so the flat tends to be quite spacious. Would suit someone working full time or studying and looking for a clean, calm place to live.
