My lovely flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so I am looking for someone to replace her.
A bit about the place:
- The flat is very peaceful being on the top floor and on a quiet leafy street
- Nice and bright with lots of big windows
-As you can see in the pictures, your room is a large room with lots of natural light, plenty of built in wardrobes and a lovely spacious ensuite bathroom
- Laundry space with both washer and dryer (separate machines)
- Short walk to the convenience of Kilburn High Road (shops - M&S, Tesco, Boots, Sainsburys and more + great transport connections - overground, underground, buses)
- Super cute cafes/bars/restaurants/farmer's market nearby on Lonsdale Road
- Both Queens Park and Paddington Rec are a short distance away
- Your room can come furnished or unfurnished - we can leave the existing furniture for free (only bed, bedside tables and desk - current flatmate is taking the rest) or have it removed so you can bring your own
- Rest of flat was furnished by me and my flatmate so flexibility to bring some of your own furniture etc as current furnishings do not belong to landlord. Let's chat about it

Electricity + gas varies month to month, on average was £58 per month last year
Our landlord is a nice guy and responsive. Your name would need to go on the lease. It is a rolling lease that requires 2 months notice to end - or option to find a replacement tenant if one of us wants to stay.
A bit about me:
I work for myself / as a freelancer in organisational psychology consulting mostly from home. During the week I like to sleep well, exercise and healthy food... I might head out 1-2 nights but otherwise I keep things low key. On the weekends I am generally out and about - I love to see friends, meet new people, explore, go to yoga classes, and take trips around UK/Europe.
I'm looking for a like minded professional who wants to have peaceful and friendly vibes at home.
Since I WFH, the place would be well suited to someone who works in an office some/most days.
