I’m looking for someone to take over my contract from April 1st (Contract is till October, but can definitely be extended/ended earlier). Located in Willesden Green NW6. Rent is £580pm excluding bills (which come to about £60-80 per month)
It’s a double bed in a flat with 3 other super nice and friendly girls as flatmates!
We’re ideally looking for a student as everyone else in the house are students and so there’ll be issues with council tax if we have a professional.
The room itself comes with a super comfy bed, a massive chest of drawers, a standing wardrobe, desk, chair, and a small side table.
There’s a nice kitchen with a table and a small back yard outside.
Buses are a 5 min walk away and the tube (Willesden Green, Jubilee line) is a 12 min walk away.
