I’m looking for a lovely new housemate to take on my room as I’m moving out after a great 1.5 years here.. The room is available from either 21st April or 25th April (flexibility required on the exact date).
It’s a bright, furnished double room with its own bathroom (not connected to the room). Shared kitchen/lounge area with one housemate.
The flat itself comes fully furnished with a leather sofa, washing machine, kettle/toaster and other kitchen essentials. The landlord is very responsive if anything is required.
Situated a stones throw away from Finchley Road tube station (zone 2) and within easy access to local supermarkets including a Waitrose!

Financials
- £992.50 per month on rent
- Deposit will be 5 weeks rent that will go into a DPS
- £190 each per month for bills on average (including council tax, water bill, energy & broadband - energy bills expected to decrease over Summer)
- Rent is paid on 25th of every month
- Council tax band D

Location
- 2 minute walk to Finchley Road underground station which is very well connected with Jubilee and Metropolitan lines
- Situated right beside a massive Waitrose and less than 5 mins walk to the O2 centre which has a cinema, gym, Aldi, Sainsburys and other shops

Room & Housemate
- It is a lovely light double bedroom, decent size with a private bathroom (shower and toilet), facing onto a quiet side street
- Living with one girl who is very easy to live with and chat to, she is really tidy and friendly, very considerate of your space and things.
- Looking for a female young professional, who works mostly out of the house as housemate works primarily from home. There is space in the room for a desk.
- This is a cosy little flat, absolutely ideal location and has everything you could need nearby - I am sad to be leaving!
