Hi, I’m a Chinese student taking my PhD at UCL, majoring in epidemiology and health care. You can call me Ziyi or Jon.
My current roommate is moving out at the end of May. I am looking for a roommate who can move in after 6/2/24. A one-year term is preferred, but a half-year is also accepted. The landlord only allows the transaction once a half year.
The type of house is 2b1b plus one toilet room. There is a large, shared living room and kitchen. All facilities are well-equipped, including a fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine.
The rent is 300 BRP/week/person. The bill is sadly not included. If you are not a student, a 2000 BRP council tax is applied to this apartment a year. It is reduced to 1500 BRP because I am a full-time student. I am open to sharing a little part of the tax.
The location is very good and quiet. It’s very close to Jubilee, Bakerloo, and a few overground stations. Many supermarkets and pharmacies are nearby, like M&S, Sainsbury, Tesco, Boots, JD, etc.
If you have any further questions about bills, living environment, or facilities, please feel free to message me.
