Spacious room available in friendly flat!

Hi! After 3 years in London, I’m moving out of my flat to go travelling for a few months, so we have a double room available from around 9th Feb until end of contract (September) with potential for renewal after that.

THE ROOM
The room is absolutely huge, especially for London standards! It’s fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, drawers, wardrobe etc, as well as a bookcase and even a sofa! I’ve got a desk at the moment - unfortunately I will be taking this with me, but there’s definitely enough space for one without the room feeling cramped at all. It’s a lovely room, and gets so much natural light. Honestly I absolutely love it and will be sad to leave it!

THE FLAT
The rest of the flat is also really cute. It’s on the top floor (we have a lift that goes up to the floor below us) so no noisy upstairs neighbours! We have 3 bedrooms total, with 1 bathroom and a communal living space with a kitchen and a dining area. We’ve really made it our own space, and love to chill in the living room in the evening, so we’re looking for someone to fit that vibe and who we can enjoy hanging out with.

THE FLATMATES
You’d be living with 2 girls - both are young professionals. We’re looking for someone to be a friend as well as a housemate, especially since the vibe of the flat is very communal and cosy. Both current flatmates are clean and respectful, but also nice and chatty and love exploring things to do in London.

BILLS
The rent will be £750 per month, excluding bills. There’s also a share of the deposit (which is held in a deposit protection scheme) which would need to be paid directly to me to replace what I originally put in.

THE AREA
We live just off the High Road so loads of shops just a couple of minutes walk away - we have a Sains, Aldi, Tesco, M&S, Primark, Pret etc all within a 5 minute walk. We’re really close to Kilburn High Road and Kilburn Park stations as well - 5 minutes walk from the flat. We’re a 10 minute walk from Queens Park area as well, which is beautiful! Super easy to get to central as you can get to Oxford Circus in 20 minutes, and there’s direct trains to Euston on the overground too.
