We have a spare room in NW6 Willesden Green (£792 + bills per month) and are looking for a flatmate to join us to takeover our former flatmate's tenancy

- Lease is from 1st April to 15th October with an option to extend after this period
- Spacious double room. Comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. You could also fit in a desk and chair if you WFH
- Lots of common space such as a large kitchen, dining and living area which makes it feel quite homely. There is one large bathroom and another small toilet.
- Our closest stations are Willesden Green (Zone 2/3 Jubilee Line) and Brondesbury Park (Zone 2 Mildmay Line)
- Bills are approximately £120 pp depending on the time of year.

A bit about us!

- We are two women in our late twenties working in marketing and consulting.
- We usually WFH 2-3 days in the week and work in central London the rest of the time
- In our spare time, we like to host dinners, cook together, watch TV, work on creative projects and exercise
- We have lived here for 3 and 4 years respectively and really enjoy taking care of the space

What we are looking for

- Someone who prioritises keeping the space clean and tidy
- Someone with a similar lifestyle (in full time work)
