:: THE ROOM
We have 1 Fantastic Large Double Room for a couple or single professional person in a friendly house share in a great location in Zone 2. The room is fully furnished & has direct access to a great rear garden. It is available from 1 December 2018.

:: COULD YOU BE THE ONE (OR TWO)?
We are looking for a working couple or professional person who are friendly and sociable but also happy to do their own thing. If you are easy going, clean, tidy with a good sense of humour and willing to say hello to people in the hallway then you will fit in perfectly! The house is non-smoking and no pets. Oh, and we are looking for a minimum stay of 9 months. Sorry, no short term lets as we hate goodbyes.

:: THE HOUSE
We have a lovely large shared living room and dining room beside the kitchen. We also have a cleaner who comes weekly. It’s not the newest house in the world, but everything works, it’s on a nice quiet road, in a great location and full of easy going hard working people. And it’s clean.

:: GETTING AROUND
Great transport links and is close to reliable tube lines (Jubliee and Bakerloo), Overground (Bronsebury, Bronesbury Park) West Hampstead Thameslink (National Rail) and 24 hour bus routes. The house is also a short stroll from the lovely Queens Park.

:: HOW MUCH?
Costs are:
:: £600 per month for the double room
:: £85 per person per month for bills
:: £490 for the house bond
:: Room total is £770 all-in based on a sharing couple
:: Room total is £685 all-in based on a single professional

:: WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY?
:: £85 covers - Shared bills that cover gas, council tax, internet, virgin TV, a great cleaner as well as common toiletries and household items like washing liquid, detergent etc.
